Our Story

UNPLEXi wasn’t designed by a software company that decided to enter the disability care market. It was built by Dr Anna Moran — a health services researcher, business owner and AHP who spent 24 years studying exactly why health and care systems fail to see and meet the needs of the people in their care.

UNPLEXi is built on the WHO’s internationally recognised framework for human functioning — a globally validated, bias-aware structure that covers impairment, activity, participation and wellbeing. Four years of structured co-design with disability and community care providers shaped every feature of the platform before a line of code was written.

Built in regional Australia where complexity is highest, resources are thinnest, and the need for clarity is most urgent.

What we stand for

Our Vision

No Person’s needs go unseen.

Our Mission

To transform scattered information into one clear, structured picture of every person’s needs — enabling proactive, person-centred care.

Our Values

Purpose
Evidence-based. Every feature of UNPLEXi is grounded in 24 years of research and four years of co-design with real providers.

Curiosity
Co-designed. Built with the sector, for the sector — not adapted from a generic platform.

Clarity
We exist to make complex needs visible, so that every care decision is based on reality — not assumption.
